hari ini telat bangun jdi jam 10 abis bak blm bab langsung nimbang(jam 11 an bru bab tpi ga nimbang lgi) alhamdulillah turun ehehehe dri kmrn kmrn blm mulai olahraga lgi huhu bru defkal ajaaa bismillah nanti hrs olahraga jg deh supaya badannya kenceng
