The week was good food wise but then I spent the weekend at my sisters where her pantry is a place sheer magic! So much food!! I did ok meal wise- stuck to the roasted veggies and salad but did have a few buns of bread and cheese. But it was the snacking that killed it. Had a few bags of crisps, a left over easter egg and 2 glasses of red wine.
Wasnt a good week gym wise either but I'm looking forward and rectifying that this week. With 2 big hard sessions already.
again lost a few pounds so I'm going to keep looking forward and carry on trying to reach my ideal weigh :)
