No downward movement today.
I didn’t walk much yesterday as I need to give my feet a rest but I got in 13,252 steps today. It felt pretty good walking today with a nice breeze … that has to burn more calories, right?!?, walking into the wind. 🤣🤣

Hello Javadali, I read your bio. I also believe in Live, Love, Laugh and Dance. Dance like no-one's watching. There's a great support system here. See ya round :-) p.s. if you decide to use that iron check it for rust, I ruined a great top by mistake, ouch.

I agree with the concept of the extra calorie burn when you walk against a cold wind ---- Yes I do that too - and I always think the same thing. lol
