Hello and Happy Tuesday FS!
Well, down a tad but hey, it’s moving and in the right direction. I don’t think I’m at my lowest but getting there. I seem to bounce up to the 143.5 or around there pretty quickly. But hey, that’s 50 lbs down from when I started!! That makes a big difference on this 5’2” frame! 💃🌞
My total step count yesterday was 14,264, 5.6 mi. I have been walking about and hour and 15 minutes. I may try breaking it down into two walks to see if my feet are happier. Or, ease off a bit today. I will see how the day goes.
