lost 0.4 kg in the last week so happy about that.
Feeling rubbish for second day in a row took 2 covid tests yesterday and again today both negative, Must be just a cold or something, not had cold or anything since 2019.
61.6 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
