Had a great ride this weekend putting in 19 miles and climbing a 1000 vertical feet. I'm still doing a terrible job of following the diet but the amount of exercise I'm getting is great.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
