I lost an ok amount in my first week. I know if I hadnt thoes over indugent 2 days then it would have been alot more BUT i am not letting this deter me. I have lost some pounds and I'm happy with that. Also I am feeling much better for not eating meat this week. Its surprisingly easy and I'm not missing meat really.
My family had a big sunday roast but i just had the veggies and salad and I was happy :)
