I’m weighing in 10-day cycles. My goal was to average 1,600 calories during this cycle, and I ended up eating a daily average of 1,795 calories a day — so, about 12% over goal. I knew I had set a pretty aggressive goal, so even though I didn’t hit it, I’m happy that I came pretty close and dropped this weight! I’m giving myself a smiley face for this one! 😃 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇺🇸
Now, on to Cycle 2 . . .
137.7 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 57.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
