Hello and Happy Sunday FS!
Well, the scale is trending back up into an old number. I kind of hang between 143.5 and 142.5. I’m hoping the walking challenge does something to shake things up for me. I usually get between 5,000 and 8,000 steps a day just doing stuff. I’m really going to try and get back out there and walk. I did pretty good for awhile then things got in the way. I need to do stuff for me. I’m so close but so far away.
My granddaughter came to visit yesterday. I opened the door and her smile and joy in her eyes just melted my heart as she ran to me and hugged my legs. 💞 Of course, we had several verses with hand motions of Wheels on the Bus go round and round…she loves that song! Fun!
