Whats going on since this time last week, its showing that I have only lost 0.1kg of weight my daily average calories are 1195, goal says 1500. should I be eating the full 1500?
62.3 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
