Yesterday was a wonderful day - Early soundcheck at church, wonderful uplifting service, I got to lead a song :), Hour-long rehearsal for Palm Sunday & Easter, then home for lunch with hubby & my mom.
Then we went to a 4pm showing of The Batman with 3 of our grown sons & daughter-in-laws ... Popcorn, especially movie popcorn is my absolute nemesis - not sweets, not carbs, popcorn ... I love it!! and the more "butter" and salt the better! So to prepare for this 3 hour long movie, I took 5 bags of the 100 calorie PopSecret popcorn and poured them into a gallon Ziploc bag and took that for the movie - I did spray it with a little spray margarine and added some salt but that did not add calories. I absolutely did not miss the movie popcorn! I got a diet coke from concessions, munched on my PopSecret and it was very satisfying. In fact, I was so full I could not eat any dinner!
