I gained a pound, and didn't even cheat! It's bad enough that I didn't lose anything this week, but to gain a pound! That was enough to make me want to, but I stayed strong! I already know I'm going to eat and drink tomorrow, but I will definitely get back on track on Sunday. HAVE A WONDERFUL 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND!!! :-)
109.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

If you diet calendar is correct, you are not eating enough for your current weight. You may lose more by eating more (sounds weird but true). I wouldn't go below 1200. As you lose weight, you cut calories to help you lose more. But if you only eat 1000 now, as you lose the weight, you won't have much to cut. You might try varying your calories daily. Eat 1500 one day and 1200 the next. Try it for a week and see what happens. Just don't pay attention to the scale every day, because it can go up and down daily when varying your caloric intake. Your diet looks very healthy though and you seem to be doing great.
