I'm hoping this is right today. I can't cut out any more calories, Had some Konjac rice yesterday dont know that I enjoyed it but was ok for one off.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
