Had a bit of a slip, got covid mid-February luckily a very mild case but i did run a fever and could only drink sprite. Not good for pre diabetes. Sugar is an addiction just like anything else. As of today i am getting myself back on track. I did not like that my blood sugar level was 211 this morning.
