Finally down a tad. No sweats today (at least an added lb) plus a solid week of ketovore. Rhinds for lunch, meat (chicken, ground, pork steak) and some nuts but not daily. No cheese this week. I'd be golden if I could stop the coffee creamer and splenda. Weather so nice, time to kick myself back outside to start walking again. Ya'll keep up the battle!
