weight remains the same .... however I have a massive appetite and increased my running workout frequency. 7.02.09 Ran 1.5 miles .... workout 15 min 3 sets 6 assisted pullups 20 pushups 15 abs 3 pullups & 50 Jumping Jacks. Feels good to be alive ... its not the easy road we are on .... its the responsible one .... all uphill to success! Just 32 more pounds ) can't wait ... -)
