Okay this is Day 1 of trying to take back control of my eating/weight. I sat at an average 9st 8lb- 9st 12lbs for years. My weight would easily fluctuate but I could always manage it with healthy eating. A year ago due to lung issues I gave up smoking. That combined with lockdown has contributed to me gaining 2st. I have tried so many things this last year to lose the weight but I’ve just gained more. I need to take control again. Here’s the start of my journey. I am a vegetarian and would love some ideas for healthy meals.
