Thank you all for supporting me. I get started fairly well then I fall off in 2 to 3 weeks just cuz life happens. I try to put a routine together the last time. I did good I created alarms on my fitbit for eating drinking and exercising even for meditation. My issue is how does one stick to a routine.
My senerio was going very well then winter happened mom moved in on my couch for a month.
I'm getting ready start over again. I'm not giving up.
