I weighed in yesterday after a little over a week, I was hoping for 260 I was at 262, Just for the hell of it I weighed in today and I got my 260 :), Now I feel better, its all downhill from here , well fat anyways, lol I'm going to try and do a weekly weigh in , so I don't get too discouraged throughout the week and stay focused better.
20 min on the elliptical today, I'm trying to find things to make it not so boring but am having a hard time. I use music and sometimes watch a show, but man , I guess I just need to stay committed , no pain no gain,,, urm or loss right.
