Well ef it.

Oh, before I throw in the towel, I'm looking at 5 carbs veggies yesterday. Days prior, unless I eat a tomato, there's not much happening with the foundation vegetables. The idea of eating more food is daunting, but I need to eat more foundation vegetables. Besies some obvious problems with how well I've followed the diet, the only thing I can see that I'm doing wrong is not getting enough carbs from foundation vegetables. I'm not really sure how to accomplish that, but I will try.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are you weighing eveery day? I hope not. That will drive u insane! Salads.. Lots of salads if there's no time to cook up new recipes. Use some olive oil and a yummy vinegar, salt and pepper and right there you got a veggie and a good fat! :-)

No, I'm not weighing every day. I don't know if it matters one way or the other. I'm just frustrated about not seeing losses, but my track record hasn't been all that great. Seems that the good does not out do the bad in my case.
