Yesterday was the first day I consciously monitored my diet & exercise and boy did it pay off!!! I don't expect these results every day but it sure is nice to see them quickly. Guess that just shows how much I need to loose. I am excited to start my challenges next week which will keep me even more motivated I know. I am committed to maintaining my diet & exercise today - one day at a time!
