I'm down but not sure, I should be losing more. just counting calories is not sufficient. food combinations also play a role. I'm going to drastically reduce processed carbs from my diet this week, then lets see.
159.3 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 59.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What helps me about reducing the carbs is I don’t fee hungry, I find they make me hungry. I eat almost unlimited amounts of protein and that keeps me feeling full and satisfied, I’m not waiting for the next snack
