Things have been at a stand still for a while now. Fist the holidays, then a big move to a different province. Yesterday was my birthday so another reason to splurge and go over calorie budget. I’m happy that I’ve been maintaining but I want to lose a few more pounds so time to get serious again.

I’m the same way. I have been going through some physical health issues and haven’t been as strict as I usually am. I’ve not been working out as much but I’m maintaining which I’m happy about. Maybe spring coming will re-energize me to start at it again.
