Well, I didn’t have or make my Kings Cake for Fat Tuesday. Maybe next year? 😁
I was up at o’dark thirty yesterday to drive hubby to surgery center to have surgery on his middle finger left hand (they referred to it as his long finger). Tumor removed and ground knuckle due to arthritis, kind of like a bone spur, I guess. I was concerned as his stroke in 2017 affected his right side and he has no use of his right arm/hand. But, he’s doing great. Follow-up tomorrow. Maybe news on biopsy.
I gave up FB for Lent again this year. Too many food items and tempting recipes to read. I need to buckle down and get serious about losing my last 10 pounds. There are days I feel like I’m losing my focus. I feel and look so much better than I did but I need to get to my goal … I guess my second goal. Reaching for the blue line again!
