I am starting over here for my own records. I'm only tracking food here because it's easy to find the calorie info on the foods I eat and add that info to my personal recipes for Cal counting. I keep record of my exercise, sleep and meal planning on my own charts. I do better writing things down and hanging them where I see them daily. (Apps are too easy to ignore). Besides, this is a complete lifestyle change for me <deep breath> and FS doesn't track or provide help for other aspects of my lifestyle (such as time management and routines). I'll update wt stats and report any neat tricks or info I discover in my experience (for anyone curious or watching). btw, this isn't a current picture but I haven't changed much. Maybe added another 10 lbs. Hopefully within the year, I can upload a better view.
