Oh how I did not want to post this weigh-in!!

Social situations are so tough! Last night friends invited me to a local pub - 2 beers, Chinese food, and a peanut butter cookie. I feel in control at home and when I’m alone, but I truly struggle when I’m out of my element.

Back on the wagon today!
87.1 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 5.7 kg a Week

It is mostly waterweight. The body does not really go up that drastically. A few good days and you will be back to normal. Do not beat yourself up over this just make it part of your plan
