Just had 2 days only 1 night away ate fresh cream cakes drank a little wine ate chocolate pudding. and hiked for 3 hours so pleased to see not gained and actually lost weight. I was carful with what I ate a bit yesterday.
64.3 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
