Well, I didn't loose any weight last week, but considering I was on holiday and didn't have time to log what I ate, I am impressed my weight stayed the same! I did make healthy choices when eating out and apart from a couple of chocolate bars and a small scoop of ice cream, I didn't sway! (Yep, no chips or cakes, but lots of yogurt, fruit and salads). I have also had lots of lovely comments from friends about my weight loss so far (last time they saw me I was 6kg heavier). I also tried on my wedding dress and they had to take in two inches from the waist! :) So this week I'm going to be even more focused and I will be (hopefully) under 10 stone (63.5kg) by the end of June!
