Same weight again! no power so only had 900 calories yesterday. Still no power so slimfast and air today.
64.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Alison I was same situation as yours … stuck so I changed things round I know it sounds crazy but u might be eating far too little so I suggest a free meal lunch or dinner to re start your metabolism good luck

Yes we might have a blowout today, just got power back now, only had some porridge so far.

We are fine, got worried about the older ppl that live close by but we have a great community here and everyone helps oneanother. Took hot water around to ppl this am, then went for walk and managed to charge phones in our guildhall as they opened coffee morning up early.
