I have been on this weight loss journey so long. Up and down, up and down it went. Until I just quit on myself.
I had to take a step back and think and do some introspection.
Why does it keep happening?
What is holding me back?
Is this physical or spiritual
I had to learn to love myself
Love me!
Who I am inside.
How I look from the outside
It does matter how I physically look, as long as I accept me.
And this time I am going all the way
80 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
