No change in weight. I’m dropping inches though. Probably holding a lot of water right now due to insane workouts as of late. I could also be hitting a plateau. I’ll know by Friday if that’s the case and if it is, I’ll have to increase the burn to jump start my body. I’m enjoying seeing the progress though.
111.1 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
