I went to see a few friends at my old job today. They saw me before I started my diet 13 days ago, and when they saw me today, they were raving about how great I look (lost 12 pounds)! People have even asked me what I am doing to lose weight. I feel great knowing that people are noticing my weight loss, and a few of them are interested in jumping on the wagon with me to lose the battle of the bulge! :-)
109.8 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
