6.25.09 workout 2.8 mile run and iron gym/ Ab strap. Workout: Approx 15 min 3-sets 6-assisted pullups (legs on chair) 20-pushups 15-abs straps cruches 3-pullups ... will set goal for every other day. Made breakfast for Laura and enjoying our day off ... waiting for our baby ) ....
114.3 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
