150lbs
I've been neglecting my journal, but not much change. Although I've noticed being a little more hungry than the norm. I'm still staying with in my meal window, but I came real close to eating past my window last night. I'm going to push my BF time out longer. I had my BF yesterday @2pm. I'm going to try to go to 3 or 4pm today. I don't want to go out too long, 'cause I have to be in bed early...got a 6am appointment.
