Despite eating really unhealthy for 5 days, I've only gained .2lbs. I am back to recording my food again.
I just also wanted to thank everyone who shared their condolences on my last journal entry. Reading through all the comments made me cry, but also meant so much to me.
I know people will ask, so I will say, I am doing okay, as is my family. We will always have a deep sadness in us but we are coping well right now.
