Enjoying this journey! Life is good right now. Enjoying jogging a lot with others or alone is fine too. My 6yr old came with me yesterday and I found a new source of inspiration from her. She jogged 1.5km straight twice with no break and enjoyed jogging with me. Glad to see I am instilling a great sense of being healthy within her at a young age.
111.0 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
