The scale might not have gone down, BUT today I put on a dress, and the top buttons closed ☺️🥳🥳 the scale is not my only measurement for progress 💪🏼
85.6 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
