Feeling fed up. Whats going on? I am following a calorie controled diet, spreading calories troughout the day and weight gone up. cant go out walking at the moment as have a painful toe, feel like eating crossoints and Chelsea buns today.
66 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe I'm not eating enough daily average says 1099 calories, but feels like I'm loads.
