unfortunately I am not very consistent in weigh days, so some times it's 1 day, sometimes it's 5 or more, but the scale is still running in the right direction!
121.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
