My, what a day so far - my hips are killing me! Not sure if it's a combination of my extra pounds and age or just age! Just walking hurts so much. Needless to say this puts a wrench into my workout plans - I used to run but know all I do is walk and keep track of how many steps I total in a day - My goal is 10,000 - most of the time I'm able to hit this goal but there are days that I don't - Enough griping for now - back to work:-)

Just do what you can as best you can, it might get better in time. I used to have a lot of pain and numbness in one or both legs when I would walk, so that by the time I was done I was limping. That was before this past Dec. when I had a fall and broke a vertebrae and some ribs. I don't know fully why but with some weight loss and regular exercise I'm doing much better, still some pain and numbness but not nearly like it was. I hope your pain and discomfort gets better, if not maybe get it checked out. Hang in there. :)

Hi there. How long have you been avoiding wheat? I saw on your diet calendar that you haven't had any in a while. I leaned that wheat is extremely inflammatory. Cutting it out has helped my aches and pains tremendously. I was just curious if that is why you have not been eating it. Take care, I hope your hips get to feeling better!
