Just did an hour and 15 minute pilates workout on my reformer. I don't think I've ever done a workout that long in my life outside of hiking or walking. ok, maybe when I was on the volleyball team in high school and taking dance classes in college, but definitely not during middle age! Finally breaking down and going to PT regularly last year is what made me able to exercise. If you have bad hips and knees like me, I highly recommend going to physical therapy. Game changer!
