nooooooo! I had a week of eating things I shouldn't and now I'm nearly back to my Christmas weight. Right. No more of that for me. I am going to double down on my efforts today.
107.2 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
