Alhamdulillah .
ada cheating ? ada , tapi ttp masuk jatah kalori meal plan.
ada rest olahraga/wo ? harus ada butuh banget rest, justru jangan jor2an, ambil istirahat 1 minggu 2x . tapi jalan kaki terus ya, tiap hari 10rb langkah
defkal dgn kalori ngga boleh kurang dr BMR.
jangan mau diet2an yg lewat jalur kilat , makan di bawah BMR, santuy aja.
d bawa enjoy, pilih makanan yg bikin mood happy, wo pilih yg nyaman, mix beban dan cardio.

4kg lagi utk berat yg d pengenin, tp bsa jadi hanya 3 kg, ngga melulu soal timbangan, tapi klo 49-50 muat celana S lagi ya cukup.

"body goals bukan weight goals !!"
52.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
