I read your profile, you have had an interesting life. I am in my 70s also. I weighed 170 last June, but I fell while bowling, I fell backwards right on my fanny, I didn’t break anything but now I suffer from sciatic nerve pain. It torments my right leg and hip. I have tried everything, physical therapy, chiropractor, injections, and even went to acupuncture. I walk like a drunken sailor. I sit around and do as little walking as possible. I have gained about 30 lbs since June. Now I Am trying to lose it. It will be fun following you and losing 30 lbs myself.

I had a bad sciatic nerve problem years ago and went to a chiroprator for it 3 x a week but he could do nothing. I finally went to a massage therapist who specialized in sciatica and he worked on me for one hour only in that specific area - it hurt - but he cured me in only that one session. Good luck on your weight loss it is never easy.
