So today totally sucked food wise. I got pissed off at work, and fell into old habits. I have to work on coping mechanisms to replace food when I am stressed or mad. I have a VERY stressful job, and often, the bankers can be condescending, and it really pissed me off when they do their passive aggressive crap. I have to do better. I ate crazy today. 2 plain biscuits and 4 slices of cheese pizza. REALLY???? WTF. Pissed that they had that much power. But tomorrow is another day. Going to pray about it, and wake up tomorrow even stronger. I refuse to fail at this thing this time.
