sometimes if u don't eat enough calories it can make ur body go into shock and u store fat instead of getting rid of it get plenty of fruit and veg today. maybe that'll help and plenty of water too!

Body weight naturally fluctuates through out the day. I wouldn’t worry too much. I’m using inch tape round middle as a much better indication of my health. I do weigh from time to time but not too bothered what it says on the sad step!

I did manage to get some new jeans in M&S yesterday and was my old size so going in right direction. I took earlyretirement last year and went from 62kg to 67kg. I dont expect to get to old weight but would like 63-64 kg. I'm only 5ft 3

weight yourself the first thing you do when you wake up each day . write it down at end of week will be the true weight lost
