I switched 3 glasses of lemonade a day for 3 cups of green tea , and did 2 hours a day on the cupii elliptical machine. Good combination of exercise and reducing sugar to get me where I want.
123.1 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 40.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
