One more day of dieting, and I will have successfully completed the 1st week without cheating! Usually after the 2nd or 3rd day, I get very strong cravings for peanut butter (Skippy Reduced Fat Peanut Butter), and I end up eating pratically half the jar (tablespoon by tablespoon). I eat it like it's ice cream!!! Um Um Good!!! :-) I've convinced myself to stay strong and not be tempted. I'm so proud of myself!!! :-)
111.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
