Bump up which is really a loss...because I was back up to 252...but refused to put that weight down.
112.5 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I do the same thing :) I record most losses but tend to not record any gain because it makes me feel really bad. I always assume I will lose it - only after a couple of weeks at the higher weight will I record it. My own little cheat i guess
