Jumped on the scale this morning and was down! Yeah! 💃🌞 So, progress! However, temptations were looming yesterday! 😈😈 But, I refrained. I wanted to make cookies, cakes, etc., but, didn’t. 😊

Angela, no, I haven’t. I wonder, are they same calories or more? I count calories. I will check it out. I seem ok but then, bam, want something that isn’t on program. Thanks!
